I Changed My Name and Realized it Changed My Entire Life
When I was born, I was given a perfectly normal name: Susan Ann. One day after my birth, while my mother was still in the hospital, my paternal grandparents came to visit and meet the new baby.
One of them commented, “Oh, the baby is named after Susan. I didn’t realize what an effect Susan had
had.”
Seems my father had had a girlfriend named Susan for a short time in the past. That day my name was changed to a family name: Martha Ann.
